Terms & Conditions
It is recommended to schedule a consultation as far in advance as possible to ensure your date is available. All our cakes are custom made to order cakes. We do not have any stock cakes for purchase.
Bookings are made on a first come, first pay basis. A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to reset your order; the remainder is due a minimum of two weeks prior to the event.
Your order in not confirmed until your 50% non-refundable deposit is received.
Cake orders placed with less than two weeks notice require payment in full at time of ordering.

Event dates are held through the date of your appointment or quote, and five (5) business days afterwards. If we do not receive a 50% deposit within 5 business days of your appointment or quote, your date may become unavailable.
Delivery & Setup
Delivery is included for York Region. For areas outside of the region the delivery cost will be on the quote. Delivery is highly recommended on all orders. If a client requests self transport of any order. It is at the clients risk. Once the Client has taken the order from our hands. Sugar Coat It is not in anyway responsible for any damage that may occur to that client transported order. We can not fix damages to a client transported cake
